I’m so pleased to be bringing a new feature to this site, one which I believe is in keeping with this blog’s ethos and which I hope will be a further source of inspiration, or motivation.
This is a weekly challenge (every Tuesday) hosted by Jacqueline Oby-Ikocha (please check out her blog). The idea is to share snippets of positive thoughts to encourage others. Why not take a leaf out of Jacqueline’s book and spend just 5-10 mins detoxifying your mind by filling it with precious nuggets of positive thoughts. If you’d like to join in don’t hesitate to visit Jacqueline’s Thinking Corner (see side bar section under Inspiration-Motivation) at: https://acookingpotandtwistedtales.com.
And now without further ado, here are my three thoughts for this week, which wing their way towards you direct from my thinking corner on a secluded beach!
- Your creativity is a gift. Don’t let it become your enemy. Harness it. It is better to complete one worthwhile goal than to begin ten others. (Dream Seeds – Mike Murdock)
- Our plans miscarry because they have no aim. When a man does not know what harbour he is making for, no wind is the right wind. (Lucius Annaeus Seneca)
- The past should not be a place where we live, but something from which we learn. (The Power of a Praying Wife – Stormie Omartian)
Thoughts are free from toll – William Camden

Very good words. The first quote resonates very deeply because I just wrote a short blog which is related. Thank you for participating Lady Cee
Hello Jacqueline. Thank you for dropping by. So glad one of the words spoke to you. Hope my contribution will speak to and help others.
