Stock Check: Are You Seizing Your Day?

Theme: Personal Inventory

Life coaching is all about creating the life you really want. Your life is a balance of: doing (from everyday chores to running marathons), having (material possessions as well as intangible things like love and security) and being (the core of you).

Take stock of your current and ideal life… [taken from: Taking Stock of Your Current and Ideal Life (]

If your life were to flash before your eyes today, would it be worth watching? Would you feel grieved at all the hours wasted in activities that do not forward your dreams?

Would you feel regretful at all the missed opportunities?

Would you make excuses for your lack of progress, or would you take responsibility for your inaction?

As we move towards the end of this month and the end of a very challenging year, we have an opportunity to take stock and then take action. It’s time to take an inventory of our lives.

I hope the following quotes will give you the much-needed boost and encouragement to continue on your purpose-driven journey. And if you would like to read a great post on 4 steps you can take to assess your life and achievements so far, click here.

    Hi Aunty C

Thought I’d tap into your blog to read your recent ones.
Love the one on motivation and making every day count, instead of counting the days. I’m a bit guilty of that I have to say.

    Great writing ✍
