Without further ado, I’ll just launch into the second part of my post shared yesterday. If you missed Part 1 of this message, you may access it here. Do you have what seems like an insurmountable problem in your life? Is there a recurring issue that has been troubling you for longer than you care […]
Greetings my dear friends, fellow-bloggers, and followers! I wish you a tremendously blessed year of spiritual growth, victory, and peace! I’m interested in your prayer life. Why? Because I agree with Charles Spurgeon, an eminent man of God, who said: Prayer is the vessel that trades with heaven and comes home from the celestial country […]
Your love is like a flooding river Overflowing its banks with kindness. God, everyone sees your goodness, For your tender love is blended Into everything you do. (Psalm 145:8b-9 TPT) Dear friends, followers, and prayer-warriors, Once again, we come to that time at the beginning of a new year when we look back at the […]
Carol’s Praise, Prayer & Worship Invitation PRAISE, PRAYER & WORSHIP WEDNESDAY Without doubt, we are living in difficult times. Governments come and go. Economic systems are proving unsustainable. The cost of living is such that some people are facing the difficult choice of whether to eat or heat their homes. After the unexpected disruption of […]
PRAISE, PRAYER & WORSHIP WEDNESDAY Hello dear friends and followers, I’d like to share an excerpt from my favourite devotional, which I trust will not only be an encouragement to you, but also be a word “in season” to someone who is feeling confused, discouraged, fearful or weak. I’ve been there! And I can assure […]
PRAISE, PRAYER & WORSHIP WEDNESDAY Praise Praise the Lord! Praise, O servants of the Lord, Praise the name of the Lord! Blessed be the name of the Lord From this time forth and forevermore! From the rising of the sun to its going down The Lord’s name is to be praised. The Lord is high […]
Two inmates looked out of the window of their prison cell. One saw bars and the other saw stars! My dear friend, blog follower or visitor, As you negotiate your life’s journey, what do you see ahead – prison bars, or celestial stars? Do you feel imprisoned by your past history or current circumstances? Do […]
What a great post, Carol! It’s so important that we remind ourselves & others right now that while much has changed, much has stayed the same. We can still enjoy life and still be smart/safe. Building a board game does sound like a lot of fun 🙂 Have you done that?
The passion project was probably my favorite. I feel in these times of great uncertainty, God is using this moment to propel many into their destinies. Some are having to do so out of necessity, sadly. (Much prayer needed!) While others are finding that ‘the old’ simply isn’t satisfying and they feel pulled in a new direction. Our God truly is up to something great! Satan can’t stop what’s coming next. I believe it will be miracles, signs and wonders like we never imagined possible.
Sending you my love, dear friend. It’s always a joy to come and read your posts! (Sorry that I’ve been behind. We’ve been prepping the plant nursery for the Spring and it has been keeping us busy!) I pray that you & yours are well and blessed.

Hello Holly,
Than you for your visit. You are always welcome to stop by when you can. I do appreciate you taking the time to visit. I haven’t yet built a board game yet (procrastination strikes again!) 😃 The idea appeals to me cos I do enjoy board games and this blogger’s suggestion reminded me of some ideas I’ve had a while ago.
I do believe you are right regarding the passion projects. Sometimes it takes a life-altering experience to make us re-assess our priorities and as you say, propel us into God’s purposes.
Take good care of yourself Holly. May God’s peace and protection rest upon you and your loved ones. Enjoy the upcoming Easter break!
