I have never heard of Speak Kind Words Saturday, so from just visiting you today I’ve learned something new.
Of course I agree with you that as Christians, as human beings shouldn’t we be speaking kind words to everyone, everyday? However, as Christians and as human-beings, if we are honest, whether deliberately or unintentionally, we know that we do not!
I think when we have a day that focuses our behaviour in a direct and positive way, it becomes a reminder and a challenge to us to look at our lives and adjust them accordingly if need be and hopefully use the day as a launching pad for being more consistent every day.
Just a thought!
