MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY (1st Monday of each month)

Sharing and Savouring Secrets of Success…

————————————————————————————————————–

THEME WORD: MOTIVATION

Motivation in its very early stages is an act of discipline and you will find it will need to become more and more a part of your personality.

Peter J. Daniels –  author of: How to be MOTIVATED all the time

————————————————————————————————————–

The above author, Peter J. Daniels, came from a broken home and a background of poverty. Despite suffering bankruptcy in business three times, he is a millionaire land developer, a top motivational speaker in Australia attracting international demand, and a campaigner for Christ. As such, I believe he has invaluable advice for us as aspiring dream achievers and purpose-driven believers.

If we are interested in achieving ongoing success in our personal lives then you and I will need to develop and maintain those habits which keep us motivated all the time.

To this end, Daniels challenges readers with the following words. He says:

Move up to a level of living and achieving by becoming highly motivated. Recognise that motivation is deeply personal and that it can only be achieved by making it a daily part of your existence.

Daniels further goes on to say that motivation cannot be permanently imposed from without but must be permanently created within.

In other words, although we can become temporarily motivated by inspirational quotes, or motivational stories and videos, permanent motivation has to come from an inner drive and become a daily discipline. Which brings us back to the thoughts expressed in my theme quote above.

So dear follower and visitor, in order to maintain a motivated mindset, are you willing (if necessary), to change your perspective, your habits, your lifestyle?

SELF SCRUTINY:

Do you know what motivates you? Have you discovered what it is that propels you to act… what it is that drives you towards your end goal? How are you able to sustain that drive?

Purpose-driven achievers and believers – have a blessed and highly productive week!
